INCENTIVE AND TEAM BUILDING
Awarding one’s own employees/customers a driving day at the wheel of “super cars”
or a competition, such as a go-kart or mini-cross company tournament (obviously
podium and prize-giving included), may of course carry several advantages beside
fun: fidelization through incentive-gift, achievement of specific purposes (sale

Fly&Drive:
A helicopter lands on the company heliport with the lucky awarded ones
on board; arrival at the circuit to put the driver suit on, a briefing with the
drivers and then straightaway inside the bends aboard a “super car” and then again
in flight towards the company’s site. Everything will be videoed for an indelible
memory of it. The thrill of the flight and the adrenalin of the track in a single
experience: is there something better?
Ferrari on the track:
If since you were a child each time you saw it passing by you had a glance
at it (though discreet), if now that you’ve grown up the desire to spend at least
a day “at wheel” is felt, here’s the moment to indulge your wish for ”Red”. ISAM
arranges Incentive days aboard road as well as Challenge Ferraris because that cavallino (horse) on the bonnet is to be ridden rather than just looked up to. Laps of the
track first beside one of our instructors to become familiar with the car and the
circuit, then. at last it will be your turn!
Company tournaments:
Whether go-kart, mini motocross, car or simple tricycle competitions, company
tournaments are a moment of great fun and a beautiful meeting place. The circuit,
frame of a non conventional event, is the ideal place for a day to remember and
