PRIVACY INFORMATIVE REPORT

Informative report under article 13 lgs. D. 196/2003
Under the clause 13 of the lgs.D.  30.06. 2003, about personal data protection (implementation of  the delegation law n. 127/2001)
Dear Customer
in compliance with the legal requirements for personal data protection, our Company wishes to inform you preventively of  your personal data use and your rights.
1.the data you will provide will be handled observing the principles of  lawfulness, correctness and relevance for the sole purpose of  properly fulfilling fiscal and accounts requirements fixed by the national and community legislation. In any case they will be stored not longer than necessary and deleted as soon as the specific purpose has been achieved;
2.we specify that without your data we will not be able to achieve the aim previously stated; 
3.Owner of the data handling : I.S.A.M. (J.S.C.) Via Morolense km 2,600- 03012 Anagni (FR);
4.your data will be handled only with the  modalities, also telematic and computerized, strictly necessary to provide you with the service requested, and added to a data bank held by the Owner. The data handling may entail the  operations provided by the art.4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the lgs. D. n. 196/ 2003: data collection, registration, organization, storage, elaboration, alterations, selection, extraction, comparison, usage, interconnection, block, data destruction, deletion. Moreover we specify that the data will not be transmitted  to anyone or diffused in any comprehensible ways except for the cases provided by law and with the procedures allowed; 
5.moreover, exclusively for the above-mentioned  purpose  and with respect to the specific relationship between you and our Company, the data will be made available only for the administrative staff  and external collaborators who have been  charged by us with their handling.
6.lastly, we bring to your attention that  under the clause 7 of the above-mentioned lgs. D., 
you are legally entitled to obtain from our Company:
-the confirmation, at any moment, of the existence of your data and the communication, in a comprehensible way, of the same data and their source;
-the deletion, the transformation into an  anonymous form or the  block of  illegally handled data; the updating, the correction or the completion of the data;
-besides, you are legally entitled to deny your data handling for  legitimate reasons.
7.  the person responsible for the data handling to whom you can address, either directly or through delegation, for the exercise of these rights is  Eng. FILIPPO MOSCARINI.

a)having acquired knowledge of the regulations in force and their own rights in the specific matter,
b)having acknowledged the above functional needs
c)having identified the well definite and indispensable diffusion range of the data that will be gathered,
