TO TAKE PART IN
THE CAR FREE SESSIONS:
• it is absolutely necessary booking by telephone. Please call the Secretary’s
Office: 0775.768194 or (mobile phone) 349.8814747.
• to make a booking by fax or via e-mail is
not possible unless you have already arranged for it with the Secretary’s Office.
• the driver must be over eighteen, licensed to
drive and equipped with a homologated crash helmet (also Jeb version).
• the driver’s car must be suitable for the test
that they intend performing.
• passengers are not allowed, except clear dispensations
released by the Circuit Management.
• all the participants are requested to bring with them identification
papers (driving licence, identity papers) which must be produced at any moment on
request of the Circuit’s staff.
All the participants in the car free sessions days are requested to report to Circuit
at least 30 minutes before the session begins to gain access to the track, otherwise
the booking will be cancelled.
Payment can be made straightaway in the Secretary’s Office.
REGULATION IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER:
In case of rain the free sessions will be regularly performed and no refund (partial
or total) is provided for of reserved and paid off sessions, unless the Circuit
Management declares the impracticability of the track. It will be possible then
recovering 50% of the amount paid through a voucher valid for 1 year from the date
of issue.
